Food to avoid with stomach heat

Common symptoms: Stomachache, acid reflux, sourness in the mouth, digestion disorder, over weight…etc.

·         Crispy, fried, deep baked food (e.s.p. fried chicken, pizza, cookie…etc)

·         Spicy spices, such as onion, green onion, garlic, curry, ginger…etc

·         Red wine, oat meal, nuts

·         Tea, coffee, expresso, hot chocolate…etc.

·         Cherry, pine apple, lychee, papaya

·         Dry oatmeal, nuts(if not raw), tea, coffee, espresso and other caffeine drinks

·         Baked food, such as bread, toast, cake, cookie..etc.

Encourage eating:  Steamed food such as fish and vegetable, dumpling, steam bun, steam stuffed bun; fruits such as banana, watermelon, and apple, white meat, boil or steamed fish, salad (not too much sauce).

Need to do - take your time eating your meal, do not haste it, and if you can chew every bite of your meal more than 25 times, the calories you absorb will be reduced by 12%!
