Ba Duan Jin (八段錦) is a traditional Chinese exercise that is widely practice all over the world. This exercise/stretch help to relax the meridians in your body and help to improve your health. It contains very straightforward 8 moves!

You can skip to 1 minute and follow the doctor to do the exercise at home.
