胃寒衛教 TCM Health Education on Cold Stomach

胃寒是指胃部受寒邪侵襲,導致胃氣虛弱,主要症狀包括胃脘部冷痛、喜溫喜按、食欲減退、惡心嘔吐、四肢不溫等。其成因可能是長期食用生冷食物、冷飲,或在寒冷季節未注意保暖。調理方法包括適量食用溫熱性食物如生薑、大棗、羊肉、糯米等,但要適量,避免過度刺激。喝生薑水比大量食用溫熱性食物效果更佳。避免食用生冷、寒涼的食物,如冰品、冰涼飲料、生機飲食、甜瓜類、椰子水、青草茶等。如果忍不住想吃點冰品,建議在中午陽氣最盛時少量食用。日常需注意腹部保暖,避免過度勞累,保持良好的作息規律,適當鍛煉以增強體質,提高身體抵抗力。通過這些方法,可以有效緩解和預防胃寒症狀。若症狀嚴重或持續不見好轉,應及時就醫,尋求專業中醫師的幫助。

Cold stomach refers to the condition where the stomach is invaded by cold pathogens, leading to weakened stomach energy. The main symptoms include cold pain in the epigastric region, preference for warmth and pressure, reduced appetite, nausea, vomiting, and cold limbs. Causes may include long-term consumption of cold foods and drinks, or inadequate protection against cold during winter.

To manage cold stomach, it is recommended to consume moderate amounts of warm foods like ginger, jujube, lamb, and glutinous rice, but avoid overconsumption to prevent excessive stimulation. Drinking ginger water is more effective than consuming large amounts of warm foods. Avoid cold and raw foods such as ice cream, cold drinks, raw foods, melons, coconut water, and herbal tea. If you must have ice cream, it is best to consume it in small amounts at noon when the body's yang energy is at its peak.

Daily care should include keeping the abdomen warm, avoiding excessive fatigue, maintaining a regular schedule, and moderate exercise to strengthen the body and boost immunity. These measures can effectively alleviate and prevent symptoms of a cold stomach. If symptoms are severe or persistent, seek professional help from a TCM practitioner.
